Also this month of March 2023 Shinmeizan was involved in various activities and blessed with various visits.

On March 9, at the monthly retreat 15 people attended;

On March 20, Sr. Maria took part (via ZOOM) in the meeting convened by the Vatican Dicastery for Interreligious Dialog of the Network of Women building a culture of encounter Interreligiously , the purpose of which is to promote the specific commitment of women in this field of the Church`s mission.

This month, Shinmeizan welcomed guests, besides from Japan, also from Sweden, Portugal, and Italy. Among these we wish to remember in a special way:

The visit of the Rev. Pastor Hans Kvanström, from Sweden, who stayed with us for three weeks.


The visit, on March 22-23, of Fr. Adelino Ascenso, Superior General of the Mission Sending Society of Portugal Boa Nova, accompanied by Fr. Nuno D’Lima, of the same Missionary Society, at present Pastor of the Cathedral Church of Osaka.
